Neuson AG and Kramer-Werke GmbH recently announced the closure of their merger.
Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen now presents three incorporated brands of compact construction machine.
The brands include: 14 models of Neuson excavators, ranging in weight from 1.4 tonnes to 12 tonnes; Kramer wheel loaders, with four-wheel steering and an undivided frame; and nine models of Lifton dumpers.
The company believes that the merger has had a positive effect on its market, and has made full use of combined research and development capabilities.
