Deutsche Montan Technologie (DMT), the German research body with a specialist division for tunnel safety, has signed an agreement with MSA AUER, a manufacturer of respiratory and gas detection technology, to offer a comprehensive training package for fire services and rescue units.
“The cooperation results in solid advantages for both partners and their clients,” said Hans-Dieter Dortmund, manager of Dortmund Fire Protection in the DMT business unit, building security. DMT will take advantage of the strong sales organisation of MSA AUER to improve the marketing of the DMT Centre for Fire Protection and Safety, in Dortmund.
