Reports said that Argentine police had discovered a 25m long tunnel beneath a bank in Buenos Aires. The 1m diameter tunnel was lit and had carpeting to muffle the sound of the carts used for mucking. A security guard raised the alarm after the bank’s seismic alarm triggered. The tunnellers had cracked the bank’s reinforced concrete floor. Police also found equipment to measure any soil movement.
