Brisbane City Council will to spend US$5.3M on a feasibility into plans to build the Northern link road tunnel that is planned to connect the Western Freeway in Toowong with the inner city bypass. The scheme is part of the city’s massive TransApex tunnel programme which envisages the construction of four major highway tunnels in the city.
