The new Ocmer OCM-036 Unica is a rotor machine designed to process wet and dry concrete mixes with an output range from 1 to 6m3/h. Its main application is for restoration projects by applying sprayed concrete linings and is said to be able to handle even stiff wet mixes with a minimum slump of 80-100mm.
However, the machine’s flexibility both in terms of workable mixes and outputs ranges, is said to allow a wide range of other applications too. A new patented system is designed automatically to prevent blockages along the delivery line, while the four-point hydraulic clamping system of the rotor between the lubricated gaskets will assure a perfect seal of the rotor in any working condition.
The machine can be supplied in the ‘Dosa’ version with an integrated synchronised dosing unit for the liquid quick setting chemical admixtures. The digital visualiser on the electric control panel indicates the settled rpm of the rotor and admixture output.
