The B100 XP and B100S are two new trailer-mounted pumps made by Bunker to spray and pump concrete up to 25mm (1in) grain size. The B100XP has been created for companies wanting to make their own mix on site in full autonomy. It has a 350 litre drum mixer, a loading skip with weighing machine and scraping shovel.
The B100S, which is made for wet sprayed concrete professionals, has an additive tank and an additive screw pump. Both machines can be equipped with a range of tools, hoses and other accessories.
The concrete pump employs a rotor and stator and its maximum grain size is 25mm. The maximum output is 250l/min and pressure is 25 bar, depending on the stator used. The maximum 30m pumping height and 60m horizontal distance will depend on the consistency and hose diameter.
“With this machine, it is possible to pump concrete, spray mortar, fibre-reinforced mortar, self-levelling floor screed, lightweight concrete with foam or polystyrene, inject cement grout or special mixes in walls, tie rods and piles,” says Bunker.
