Pumpex’s range of submersible sludge pumps (SP) expands with three new models, the SP10, SP10W and SP14. The SP’s are said to be heavy-duty sludge pumps with high reliability and wear. The SP range consists of seven models, ranging from 0.9kW to 8kW, featuring:
- Solids handling performance by non-overloading vortex impeller
- Safe and easy operation by plug-in start and small dimensions •
- Wear resistant hydraulics by volute and impeller in nodular cast iron
Another newcomer in the Pumpex portfolio is the engine driven diaphragm pump DP3. “This is a compact unit on wheels, complete with gear box and a 4hp gasoline engine,” says Pumpex. “The DP3 is totally self priming. Its dry running capability and 50mm solids passage makes it suitable for pumping of muddy water with high solids content.”
