The Washington State judge who vacated a $5.8M award against machine manufacturer Herrenknecht Corp, deeming the figure excessive, has overturned her own decision and reinstated the full amount. The move is a further twist in the case between Herrenknecht Corp and US contractor Coluccio Construction over an alledged defective microtunnelling machine (April 2000).
