Hong Kong’s transport department is inviting tenders for management, operation and maintenance contracts for four road tunnels – the Lion Rock Tunnel; the Airport Tunnel; the Shing Mun Tunnel; and the Tseung Kwan O Tunnel. The new six year deals replace agreements which expire in March 2000.
