Spanish construction giant, Ferrovial, has joined Macquarie Bank and Abigroup in their bid to win the Lane Cove tunnel contract in Sydney, Australia.
Ferrovial is expected to take some of the construction risks, and replaces Macquarie Infrastructure Group and Hills Motorway Group.
The preferred tenderer will be announced mid-2003.
