India’s Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd. (HPCL) and France’s TotalFina plan to set up a storage facility for liquid petroleum gas (LPG) on the country’s east coast, HPCL chairman H.L.Zutshi said in Mumbai recently. "We have finalised details of a JV with Total Fina for setting up an underground storage facility for LPG at Visakhapatnam."
