Miller Civil Engineering Services Ltd (MCES), which includes Miller Tunnelling, has changed it name to Morgan Est plc (Early solutions together). The move follows MCES’ takeover by Morgan Sindall plc in May this year from it’s parent group the Miller Group. Morgan Est will form the infrastructure services division of Morgan Sindall. John Morgan, executive chairman of Morgan Sindall plc, commented, "This sees the last phase of Miller Civil Engineering Services integration into the Morgan Sindall group and will allow us to take the group forward with an experienced and respected civil engineering company operating under the banner of our infrastructure services division."
