NAT 2024, organised by the Underground Construction Association (UCA), will take place at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville from June 23-26.

The event has a rich schedule of activities, with technical sessions, short courses, committee meetings, the UCA Awards, networking events, and an expo.

Topics covered at this year’s 20 technical sessions include SEM/NATM excavation techniques; numerical modelling; challenging design issues; project delivery; TBM technology; shaft excavation and tunnel rehabilitation; and tunnel lining design; and digital technology.

The short courses cover critical infrastructure crossings, and underground contracting principles.

The four-day conference is expected to attract 1,000 delegates and 140 exhibitors.
