A first call for papers has been issued for an international conference on ‘Underground Infrastructure Research – municipal, industrial and environmental applications’, to be hosted by the Centre for Advancement of Trenchless Technologies at the University of Waterloo, Ontario. The event will be held between June 10-13 2001. Conference themes will include materials; installation and construction; analysis and design; and management.
