Telespec Ltd has been acquired by US-based United Dominion Industries (UDI), becoming part of the UDI Test and Measurement Division under the control of Radiodetection Ltd, Bristol.
Telespec, known for its early development of CCTV inspection systems, will continue under its brand name at its premises in Guildford, Surrey.
