Tube 2000, the International Tube and Pipe Trade fair, held in Düsseldorf in April , again showed a record growth. During the five days of the show, it attracted 22,475 visitors from 100 countries, six per cent more than in 1998. The exhibitor total was up too, by 23 per cent, with 656 companies from 39 countries showing their products.
