The Marino Development Action Group (MDAG), a group of Dublin residents opposed to construction of the Dublin Port Tunnel, has dropped plans to force a judicial review of the government’s approval of the scheme.Fintan Cassidy, secretary of MDAG, was reported in the UK construction press to have said the organisation could not raise the $48 000 needed.
