TBM manufacturer Robbins has started delivery of two 8m diameter open TBMs to the DuHuoFang Water Transfer tunnel in Liaoning province, China. The two machines will be used by separate contractors with machine start ups scheduled for early 2005. The order is amongst Robbins’ largest in China.
