Repairs to the 3.66km Roksky tunnel, said to be the longest tunnel in the European region of Russia and part of the Transcaucasian highway, have been completed after a year said the Emergency Situations Minister of North Ossetia. During the scheme, a new roadbed was laid in the tunnel, the ventilation and lighting systems were renewed and cameras were installed to assist tunnel management.
