Consultancy firm Scott Wilson has been appointed to undertake the technical due diligence for the high-speed line between Perpignan in France and Figueras in Spain, which includes an 8km tunnel through the Pyrenees. A spokesman said: “We have input from our experts in the UK and our Spanish office is managing the project locally.”
