Skanska has completed the acquisition of Yeager Construction Company, a civil engineering firm based in southern California, for US$48M.
Yeager Skanska operates as a unit within Skanska USA Civil, which, as a result of the acquisition, now gains access to nationwide projects in the US infrastructure market. Yeager Skanska is consolidated in Skanska’s results as of 1 September 2002.
