Bill Pullen a Nebraska, US-based businessman, has become the majority owner of StraightLine Manufacturing, the horizontal directional drilling system company. StraightLine is based in Newton, Kansas. Pullen is a livestock equipment manufacturer and formed Roto-Mix Manufacturing in 1984.
