ELEA ic, the Slovenian subsidiary of Austrian-based iC consulenten, has won the contract to prepare the tender documents for the future construction of the 1.3km long twin tube dual lane Sentvid motorway tunnel near Ljubljana in Slovenia (T&TI, April 2003, p10). The tender documents for the northern portal structures, including a 170m long cut and cover tunnel, will be available at the end of this month. The tender documents for the main civil works, including the 1.2km NATM tunnel, will be ready by the end of August 2003.
