The Georgian government is expected to invite international tenders over the next few weeks for the $38M completion of the 2.3km long Sevan-Dilizhan road tunnel. The contract is part of a scheme to upgrade the Yerevan-Tbilisi motorway. Construction is expected to start in August with the client envisaging completion within two years.
