Media reported that there is a plan to consideration building a tunnel linking the domestic terminal to T2, the new integrated terminal, to improve operational efficiency and reduce delays in departures and baggage delivery. However, a Mumbai International Airport Ltd spokesperson said the plan had not been finalised.
