US based Brookeville Equipment Corporation (BEC) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Bharat Earth Movers, India, to manufacture mining equipment. Sources believe that BEC has done this to compete in the Asian, Chinese and Australian markets. BEC has supplied equipment to projects worldwide.
